Jeff Barrington is the founder and Managing Director of Windsor Drake, a boutique sell-side M&A advisory firm focused on founder-led businesses in the lower middle market. Windsor Drake advises companies with $3M–$25M in revenue across B2B SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, and technology services on full-company sales and strategic transactions.
Prior to founding Windsor Drake, Jeff worked in commercial real estate advisory at Cushman & Wakefield. He studied political science at Wilfrid Laurier University.
Jeff is based in Toronto, Ontario.
