Acquirer and investor relations

Windsor Drake runs sell-side processes for founder-led companies in fintech and payments, software and technology, healthcare and medical technology, and consumer, retail and distribution. Acquirers and investors who register their criteria are considered when a mandate fits.

How introductions work

Criteria first, then a controlled process

  1. 1

    Register your criteria

Sectors, size range, geography and preferred structure. Criteria stay on file and are reviewed against each new mandate.

  2. 2

    Anonymous teaser

When a mandate fits, the deal team sends a short no-names summary of the business and the process timetable.

  3. 3

    Confidentiality agreement

Detailed information is released under a non-disclosure agreement and with the seller’s approval.

  4. 4

    Process

Qualified parties receive the information memorandum and management access on a published timetable through indications of interest, letters of intent and diligence.

Windsor Drake acts for sellers. Registering criteria does not create an advisory relationship. For anything else, contact the firm.
